Price House Buyers Website Terms
1 About these Terms
These Terms address PriceHouseBuyers.com and the website services offered under the Price House Buyers brand. In these Terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Price House Buyers, and “you” refers to the person using the website or making an inquiry.
These Terms apply where you have agreed to them through a legally valid acceptance process. Merely visiting a page does not, by itself, establish that you accepted a contract. These Terms do not replace a separate written agreement for the purchase or sale of real estate.
2 Property inquiries and offers
The website lets you learn about selling a property and request a discussion or cash offer. Submitting a form, speaking with our team or receiving an estimate does not require you to sell your property and does not require us to buy it.
Website descriptions, examples and preliminary estimates are not a binding purchase agreement or a professional appraisal. Any proposed purchase depends on our review of the property and the terms we agree on. A binding purchase obligation arises only under a separate written purchase agreement signed by the necessary parties, subject to that agreement and the law.
The purchase agreement identifies the buyer and seller and controls the price, deposits, inspections, contingencies, closing costs and closing date. If these Terms conflict with that agreement on a property transaction, the purchase agreement controls. These Terms do not give either party an additional right to change or cancel an accepted purchase agreement.
Availability varies by property and location. A city or state page does not guarantee that every property in that area qualifies for an offer. Any timeline discussed before a signed agreement is an estimate, not a guaranteed closing date. Selling a property does not automatically eliminate mortgages, liens, taxes, judgments or other obligations.
3 Information you provide
Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, including current contact details and your relationship to the property. If you are making an inquiry for someone else, identify that role and obtain any authorization needed to share their information. Do not impersonate another person or submit contact details to cause unwanted calls or messages.
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account information, passwords or other sensitive records through a general inquiry form. If documents are needed for a potential transaction, ask our team how to provide them appropriately.
You retain ownership of materials you provide. You allow us to use property information and materials you are authorized to share as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and carry out an agreed transaction, subject to our Privacy Policy and the law. This does not give us permission to publish your name, testimonial, photographs or other submitted materials as advertising without any separate permission required.
4 Calls texts and other communications
Our team may respond to an inquiry using the contact information provided, as permitted by law and any permissions you separately give. These Terms are not a separate authorization for automated, prerecorded or other marketing calls or texts and do not expand any communications consent you provide.
You can ask us to stop marketing calls or texts by telling our team or calling 855-466-4550. You may also reply STOP to a text that accepts replies, or use another reasonable method to communicate your request. We will honor opt-out and do-not-call requirements imposed by law. No particular wording or single exclusive contact method is required to make a clear request.
Your carrier may charge for calls, messages or data. These Terms do not waive rights concerning unwanted communications or make marketing consent irrevocable.
5 Privacy and independent advice
Please review our Privacy Policy.
Website articles and general explanations are for information, not individualized legal, tax, financial, title or real estate advice. A property inquiry does not, by itself, create an attorney-client, fiduciary or brokerage relationship. You may seek your own qualified advice before deciding whether to sell or signing an agreement. Do not rely on the website to meet a foreclosure, court, tax or other legal deadline.
6 Permitted use and website content
You may use the website for lawful research and property inquiries. You may save or print reasonable portions for your own reference, preserving ownership notices. Website text, designs, logos and other materials belong to us or their respective owners; no ownership rights are transferred to you.
Do not copy or republish protected materials for commercial use without permission or another lawful basis. Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, bypass access controls or use it to defraud or harass anyone. Nothing here limits fair use, other rights granted by law, truthful reviews or lawful reports to government agencies.
We may restrict website access as reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements. Doing so does not cancel a separate signed purchase agreement or remove rights protected by law.
7 Third party resources and website availability
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Those websites are controlled by their operators and may have different terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean we endorse every statement, product or service on that website.
We try to keep website information useful and accurate, but information may contain errors or become outdated. Please confirm details material to your decision with our team and in the relevant written agreement. We may update or temporarily suspend website features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website will be free from every error or technical problem.
8 Limited website liability and your rights
Where the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from your use of, or inability to access, this informational website. This limitation concerns the website, not obligations under a separate purchase agreement.
It does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. It does not waive statutory consumer rights, privacy rights, rights concerning calls or texts, or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Where a limitation is not permitted, it does not apply.
9 Changes and separate agreements
We may revise these Terms and identify the updated version on this page. Changes do not apply retroactively to disputes or conduct that arose before the change, and posting a revision alone does not establish your agreement to it. Where a change requires your consent, we will obtain it through an appropriate process.
These Terms do not amend a signed purchase agreement, a separate communications consent or the rights and obligations described in our Privacy Policy. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.
